Shipping
The shipping method depends on the total weight of your order. Lighter purchases are sent via An Post, whereas heavier orders (up to a max combined weight of 30kg) are delivered via courier.
The vast majority of purchases are shipped on the next working day following order placement.
Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at returns [at] babyfarm.ie and we will remedy the situation ASAP in accordance with our returns policy: - Our Baby Farm website goes to great lengths to accurately describe and display the products we offer. However, if you feel that your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back provided the goods are un-opened in its original packaging and that the goods are fit for re-sale.
- Once we are satisfied that this has been done, we will issue a refund (Exluding all Shipping Costs). Unless an item is faulty, the cost of shipping the goods must be borne by you the customer. We suggest the use of a recorded delivery service.
After seven days, we can not accept returns if the goods are not faulty.
- Online Shopping Rights
- When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special/customised order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period).
- We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
